Squad Rules

1. First and foremost, this is a game! We are here to have fun.
2. All pilots should make every attempt to be at squad practices and the scheduled squad events. But make no mistake, we all have jobs and families. Never let this game interfere with either. 
3. Due to time limitations and seasonal events, many people cannot fulfill a full time obligation to the squad. These pilots may wish to be put on our reserve list. This will allow much more freedom to practice and participate as schedules allow. The only difference is full time members will have first rights to squad matches and like challenges.
4. Be on time. Failure to show up at the designated times is worse than loosing, you never had a chance to fight.
5. No Ranks are real to life outside squad functions. They only depict the pilots loyalty and dedication. If you become a leader, don't let it get to your head. Lead by example, not by force. 
6. Squad Practice operations will be determined by command staff. However, every pilots requests and suggestions will be given consideration.
7. Squad Matches: Rules will be determined by meeting with our command staff and the oppositions. We will follow the law-of-the-land we enter.
8. Un-Organized Combat: (Pick-up games, non-squad functions, etc.) These should be controlled by the game host. If you don't like the rules, find another game.
9. All pilots will have and be able to use all required programs, planes and scenery; Ark Royal, RW, MCR, 1% Planes (CFS2),etc. These requirements may be changed or updated periodically. Check the utility section regularly and notify command staff with any questions. 
10. Follow the Code of Conduct.
11. Flight team assignments are on an as needed basis. You recruit for the VMF323, not your team. Special requests and assignments should be directed to command staff.
12. Unless special permission is granted by both legal guardian and command staff, you must be 16 years or older to join.
13. Pilots may not be members of other squads while a member of the VMF323.
